A little about me:

I have been working in the IT Operations field for almost 10 years now. I earned an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science degree from University of Michigan. I then completed my Master’s in Management of Information Systems from Metropolitan State University. I currently hold 3 industry certifications (Certified Unix Security Administrator – GCUX, Certified HP-UX Systems Administrator, and Network+ Certified).

While having worked in numerous roles, my background is primarily in Linux/Unix Systems Administration and Linux/Unix Security. My previous work experiences have been in the Telecommunications, Banking/Finance, and Marketing/Advertising industries. I am currently an Operations Manager at a startup company in the Bay Area.
